This footage I shot almost 2 years ago at one of Joel Belmont’s workshops at Lake Powell. I had no idea what I was doing, but I was so inspired by the beauty of Utah scenery and so supported by the people around, that I shot a number of clips, that I had no idea how to put together in a complete piece. A year and a half later, when everybody involved probably lost any hope to see the final result, I overcame my fear of video editing programs, and got my newbie hands into it. Critique is welcome, but please be nice.
As I was working on it, I realized that some of the most profound experiences of nature I had, were while posing nude. Even if you are not at all religious, you can’t help a very strong sense of being one with the universe, when you are hanging off a cliff, or laying on a mossy wet rock, or hugging a driftwood on a sandy beach, while salty breeze is tickling your bare skin. We, art models, have an amazing excuse to be naked in some of the most beautiful parts of the world.
So this video is a tribute to our planet, and to all the humans, and to all the women, who just like me, feel deeply connected with the earth, and the ocean, and the wind. We are all parts of one big Whole.
I hope you enjoy the video. Or if you don’t like beautiful women in their most natural state, dancing in sync with nature, ignore this entirely.

What kind of camera do you use?

A

Most of my stuff is shot with Canon 5D Mark II, but it’s broken now, so I’m shooting with a borrowed Canon 650D at the moment. Miss my marky though. :-(
